Meet the Sales Staff

Jay Lamb - Jay was our first employee back in 1997. His experience in the music and entertainment business, has made him savvy in marketing and strategy. He heads up all of our production sales throughout the nation.

EJ Rathburn - EJ has been with us three years and is leading our sales team with his great personality, willingness to work and eagerness to make things right and smooth.

BJ Brown - BJ has 10 years experience in the construction industry. He has more than adapted to the Hardwood brand and thrives on managing and dealing with many tasks and issues at the same time.
