The owners, Brandon Claborn and Jim Matson, were childhood friends who always knew they wanted to start a business together and pursue the dream of entrepreneurship, but never imagined it would take them down the road traveled. For more than a decade they have adapted and thrived on the many challenges they have faced in business and have forged this company into an organization that is passionate about what they do, who they are and the direction they are going in.

Over the years, they have been fortunate enough to meet and see many of the larger manufacturers and learn how a smaller, more niche company can better design, create and service a more discerning market.

Through it all, Hardwood Designs has remained competitive and unique and has excelled in their purpose of building a company that offers a creative alternative to the standard hardwood flooring products that exist in the national markets.

The staff, with over 35 years in the hardwood floor manufacturing business, has the experience and knowledge to rival the competition.
